Ali Kutay
President & CEO
Ali KutayAli Kutay joined GoldenGate in 2004 and is focused on providing the strategy and vision as well as driving execution that will enable GoldenGate to secure its leadership position in the market. Previously, from 1999 to 2003, Mr. Kutay was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AltoWeb, Inc., a provider of e-business infrastructure software. From 1997 to 1998 he was a director, President and Chief Executive Officer of WebLogic, Inc., the company that pioneered the Application Server technology which became one of the major building blocks of web-enabled applications. WebLogic merged with BEA Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:BEAS) in 1998 forming one of the major infrastructure software providers in the industry. Previously he was the President and CEO of Lockheed Martin Corporation's Commercial Software Business Unit, Formtek, from 1990 to 1997. Formtek, one of the first client-server software firms, was founded in 1983 as a Carnegie Mellon University spin-off and was acquired by Lockheed Corporation in 1989. At Formtek, Mr. Kutay served at various roles including its President and Chief Executive Officer from 1985 to 1989. Mr. Kutay holds a B.S. and M.S. degree in Engineering from Middle East Technical University and has completed graduate work at Carnegie Mellon University. His graduate and thesis work at Carnegie Mellon was the foundation for Formtek. Ali Kutay serves on several public and private company boards.



Ed Brennan

Ed BrennanEd Brennan is a 25-year veteran of the retail and travel industries and currently serves as chairman and CEO of The Travel Retail Group, a travel industry corporation with $2B in annual revenue from multiple divisions, including Duty Free Shops (DFS), Starboard Inc. (cruise ship retail) Onboard Media (cruise ship and hotel media), CMI (cruise ship art auction).



Todd Davidson
Co-Founder
Todd DavidsonTodd Davidson co-founded GoldenGate in 1995. Todd was instrumental in GoldenGate's early development, establishing the company as a leading force in the data capture, transformation and delivery sector as he expanded the customer base to more than 200 organizations in less than six years. Before co-founding GoldenGate, Todd held a variety of sales and marketing related positions. He holds a bachelor's degree in international political economics from The Colorado College.



C.J. Fitzgerald

C.J. FitzgeraldMr. Fitzgerald is a General Partner at Summit Partners, a leading venture capital and private equity firm with over $9 billion under management. Prior to Summit Partners, Mr. Fitzgerald was the chief executive officer of North Systems, Inc., a software vendor. Mr. Fitzgerald serves as a member of the board of directors for Airborne, Inc., a developer and marketer of OTC health products; GCA Holdings, Inc., a provider of cash access and customer relationship technologies for the gaming industry; Help/Systems, Inc., a leading provider of automation and productivity software for the IBM iSeries; Mo Industries Holdings, Inc., a designer, manufacturer and wholesaler of premium branded apparel; and Visual Sciences, Inc. (formerly WebSideStory, Inc.) a pioneer in digital marketing applications. Mr. Fitzgerald holds a B.S. degree in computer science, with honors, from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar.

Over the past 30 years, he advised and consulted many of the leading Silicon Valley entrepreneurs helping them develop their marketing infrastructures. For the past twenty years, McKenna also consulted on strategic marketing and business issues to industrial, consumer, transportation, healthcare and financial firms in the United States, Japan, and Europe. McKenna continues to be involved in high tech start-up companies through his venture activities.



Larry R. DeBoever
Director
Larry R. DeBoeverLarry DeBoever is CEO and Chief Research Officer of Infonomics Research, Inc. Mr. DeBoever is a world-renowned expert in the transformation of business through the use of information technology. In the 1990s he played a key role in legitimizing and formalizing the role of Enterprise Architecture and created the concept of 'adaptive enterprise architecture'. In 1994, Mr. DeBoever founded the first consulting firm exclusively focused on EA project execution. In 1996, he established the first-of-its-kind Enterprise Architecture Strategies (EAS) advisory service at the META Group (now Gartner). In 1997, Mr. DeBoever conceived and launched the Enterprise Architecture Conference (EAC) with DCI and served as the Chairman for the first 3 years. EAS was the fastest growing business unit in META's history. Mr. DeBoever's EA clients are many of the classic 'case studies' in the field including Toyota, Intel, CIA, State of North Carolina, Bank of America, etc. Mr. DeBoever has founded or been involved in numerous start-ups and early stage companies including Cognos, Linkware, and TELON. Today he serves on the Boards of four technology companies GoldenGate Software, XMG, GHN-Online, as well as Hitachi Consulting.



Peter Y. Chung
Director
Peter Y. ChungPeter Chung is a Managing Partner of Summit Partners, a leading venture capital and private equity firm with over $9 billion under management. Peter has specialized in growth equity and recapitalization investments in communications technology, enterprise software and semiconductor companies. He has served as a member of the board of directors of numerous public and private companies, including ADVA AG Optical Networking, Ditech Networks, E-Tek Dynamics, iPayment, NightHawk Radiology, Sirenza Microdevices, and Splash Technology. Prior to joining Summit Partners, he worked in the mergers and acquisitions department of Goldman, Sachs & Co. Peter received an A.B. degree in economics, magna cum laude, from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.
